  • May 14 – We have a Cocktail Welcome Reception at 6:30 pm
  • May 15 – The event starts at 8:00 am, and we’ll have an amazing event that evening.
  • May 16 – The event starts at 8:00 am, and the evening is free for guests to explore by their own the beautiful city of New Orleans
  • May 17 – The event starts at 8:00 am, and the Closing event is at 1:00 pm
  • Continental Breakfast is included, as Coffee Breaks and Lunch (May 15, 16 and 17). Monday night, the dinner is included at the event.
Is it held at the Marriot New Orleans or the Convention Center?

Can I stay at another hotel?

Yes, however, the event starts early morning, and we strongly suggest booking at the event hotel. Also, during breaks, you can go to your room.

What is included in the registration fee?

Full Event Access, Welcome cocktail reception (May 14), Night Event – Dinner (May 15). Breakfast and lunch are included on May 15, 16, and 17.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Credit Card (Check the link on this page). By cheque or wire transfer, you should contact your Account Manager.

Is there a group discount?

Yes, we do. Ask for the special code from your Account Manager

What is the dress code?

Can I bring a guest to the conference and networking events?

The conference is just for potential, new, and current customers. No guests are allowed without approval from your Account Manager.

Can I send a substitute in my place?

Yes, you can. But you will require approval from your Account Manager.

Can I record what is presented during the sessions?

No recording is allowed.

What is the refund policy?

This is a non-refundable event, but we can transfer the registration for our next event.
